Cooking method
For Isabella grape jam, only ripe and juicy berries should be selected so as not to spoil the taste of the finished jam.
To begin with, the grapes are sorted, separated from the twigs, thoroughly washed and dried with a clean dry towel.
Pre-prepared enameled dishes are filled with years of grapes and half a kilogram of sugar. We stand the mixture for ten hours (it is best to leave the mixture overnight).
In the morning, we prepare sugar syrup from a mixture of sugar and water. I recommend using grape juice instead of water.
The finished sugar syrup is cooled and poured with a mixture of grapes and sugar.
The resulting mixture is cooked over moderate heat. Readiness is determined as follows: the grapes will settle to the bottom, which indicates that the jam from the Isabella grapes is completely ready.
Jam made according to this recipe turns out to be very tasty.
