Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 20 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Preparing the products for our salad.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Boil lean meat or poultry until cooked - I have chicken fillet. You can take veal, turkey, as well as ham or sausage. The finished chilled meat is cut into strips. If it is ham or sausage, then grate them on a grater.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Drain the liquid from the mushrooms and cut them into strips.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Salt them, pepper them and fry them in vegetable oil. When you get the mushrooms with a slotted spoon, try not to have excess oil.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Boil the eggs hard-boiled for 10 minutes, put them in cold water so that they cool down. Then we clean them, separate the whites from the yolks and rub them into different plates on a fine grater.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Now we proceed directly to the assembly and see how to make a salad with meat mushrooms and cheese. We put mushrooms in a salad bowl, sprinkle cheese on them. We smear the layer with mayonnaise. We do not sprinkle this layer with pepper and salt, since we have already salted and peppered the mushrooms during frying.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Next comes the meat, salt and pepper to taste, smear the layer with mayonnaise. If you use sausage or ham, then do not add salt and pepper, since it's all already in their composition.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Sprinkle the salad with egg whites.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Decorate the salad with chopped dill greens and lay out the egg yolks on top in the form of flowers. We give the salad time to soak.

This dish is as easy to prepare as a dandelion by weight. According to this recipe, it turns out fluffy and airy. There are no delicacies and gastronomic delights in it - there is just a successful combination of traditional components. The finished dish will taste great - that's for sure! If you already have boiled meat in the refrigerator, then the salad will be cooked in a matter of minutes. The same applies to the moment when you want to cook it with ham or sausage - then you also do not have to waste time cooking. I really liked this salad in appearance and taste. It's just wonderful, and you can cook it in any season, since all the necessary products are always available for sale.
