Spicy apple jam with cranberries and cinnamon

Incredibly delicious jam with a light cinnamon flavor! Once I was treated to pancakes with very tasty jam. The beautiful color and aroma gave the seemingly simple food an extraordinary taste sensation. I always have a notebook with me, where I write down new recipes, so that later I can pamper my family with new dishes. In the season of lingonberries, it is impossible not to use to prepare these berries for the winter. That's how cranberries with apples appeared in my arsenal.

First you need to prepare the syrup: to do this, put the sugar in a large bowl and pour water. Bring the syrup to a boil and put the lingonberries in it. Again, we bring everything to a boil. Let it cool down, and then boil again.
Sweet or sour-sweet apples are peeled and cored, then cut into large slices. We put the apples to the lingonberries, add cinnamon if desired and cook until ready. We pour the finished jam into jars and roll it up.
Lingonberries with apples are ready! Jam has a pleasant aroma and sweet and sour taste, it goes well with pancakes, pancakes, and you can just spread it on a bun.
