Cooking method
Finely chop the white cabbage, put it in a bowl, add garlic, peeled and crushed into a pulp, ground with salt.
Season the salad with vegetable oil (preferably olive oil), lemon juice (can be replaced with vinegar).
Mix the cabbage salad with garlic and serve it to the table, garnished with fresh herbs.
You can season the salad with ground black pepper.
