Green Sorrel Soup with Pork and Eggs
A wholesome, very fragrant, and delicious soup!

Step 1:
Gather all the ingredients. Don't forget to hard-boil the eggs ahead of time and have salt and pepper ready for seasoning.

Cut the meat into not-too-small pieces.

Step 3:
Put the cut pork on to cook in 3 liters of water. Once it boils, cook for half an hour.

Step 4:
Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and onion. Cut the potatoes into small pieces and leave the onion whole.

Step 5:
Finely chop the parsley and dill.

Step 6:
Chop the sorrel too—stems and all.

Step 7:
Finally, chop the hard-boiled eggs.

Step 8:
Lift the meat out of the broth and add the potatoes and whole onion.

Step 9:
As soon as the potatoes turn tender, add all the herbs to the soup.

Step 10:
After three minutes, add the eggs and meat to the soup and remove the onion.

Step 11:
Cut the cooked onion into smaller pieces.

Step 12:
Return the onion to the soup. Add the sour cream, season with salt and black pepper to taste, and the soup is ready! Enjoy!
