Step 1:
Putting all the ingredients together. Do not forget to boil the eggs beforehand and prepare pepper and salt for seasoning.
Step 2:

Step 4:
Meanwhile, peel potatoes and onions. Cut the potatoes into small pieces, leave the onion whole.

Also chop the sorrel - right along with the stalks.
Step 7:
Finally chop the boiled eggs.
Step 8:
Remove the meat from the broth and put potatoes and onions in it.
Step 9:
As soon as the potatoes soften, add all the greens to the soup.
Step 10:
After three minutes, add eggs and meat to the soup, remove the onion.
Step 11:
Cut the boiled onion smaller.
Step 12:
