Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Boiled potatoes 4 medium pieces. As a meat filling, you can use balyk or ham. Pickled cucumbers and onions.
Step 2:
To start, pickle the onion because it needs time to marinate. Half of the onion is thinly sliced. This amount is quite enough for one salad.
Step 3:
And pour the marinade (water + vinegar + salt + sugar = mix everything). I usually make the marinade by eye, but this time I weighed everything. The taste should be rich, but balanced. I leave it for 20-30 minutes. The onion is thinly sliced, this time it should be enough to marinate.
Step 4:
Peel potatoes, cut into large cubes... In fact, I like it in this salad, when everything is cut large. I will also save time;)
Step 5:
Sausage in large strips...
Step 6:
Cucumbers in large rings...
Step 7:
Add onion, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise. I mix everything well.
Step 8:
And the salad is ready!
Step 9:
Nutritious potatoes, fragrant ham, crispy cucumbers and spicy pickled onions. It seems that the set of products is the most common, but the combination turns out very tasty. This salad is perfect for a festive table, and for every day. This salad is a frequent guest on our table.
Step 10:
Our family loves him very much, I hope you will like it too. Join us!
This salad is somewhat similar to Olivier, but still has its own special and unique taste. Of course, the amount of ingredients can be taken by eye or at your own discretion and preference. I usually do this :)
It takes very little time to prepare this snack, especially if there are boiled potatoes, and the output turns out to be a whole plate of delicious, hearty, fragrant and just very, very tasty salad. But how can it not be delicious? Potatoes are delicious, sausage is delicious, pickled cucumbers and onions are also delicious :)
My mom shared this recipe with me, and now I've decided to share it with you.
I hope that this salad will also be a frequent guest on your table.
