Cooking method
Beef and pork soup is one of the famous culinary recipes in the Abkhazian cuisine. It is loved not only because of its excellent taste, but also because this food is rich in vitamins.
To make this soup, we first fill a pot with water and put it on the stove. Then we thoroughly wash the marrow bone and put it in a saucepan. Cover with a lid and wait for the water to boil. After that, cook for 1.5-2 hours on low heat, constantly removing the foam.
After the bone has been cooked for 1.5-2 hours, we begin to cook the meat: pork and beef are thoroughly washed, cut into cubes and added to the broth. Cook the broth for 10-15 minutes. Then you need to add salt.
Wash the rice and add it to the pan. Next, add chili pepper, tomato paste, black pepper and bay leaf.
Peel the onion and chop finely. Add the onion to the pan and let it boil until bubbling. After that, turn down the heat and cook until the rice is cooked.
Garlic is cleaned and crushed. Add garlic to the broth and remove from the stove. The cooking time of this soup is 3 hours.
