Lavash Roll with Chicken, Nuts, and Vegetables
Another tasty lavash roll with chicken. One more recipe from my collection — this time with chicken, carrots, and napa cabbage. The pine nuts give this appetizer an incomparable flavor, so try to use them if you can; you can also swap in pistachios or more budget-friendly walnuts.

- The filling. Wash the chicken and boil it in salted water along with the peeled carrot until cooked through. Drain, then cut the chicken into small pieces and grate the carrot on the coarse side of a grater. Combine the chicken and carrot with the mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper, and mix. Wash the napa cabbage and finely shred it. 2. Spread the chicken mixture in an even layer over the lavash and scatter the pine nuts on top. 3. Spread the shredded napa cabbage evenly over that. 4. Roll the lavash up into a tight log. Instead of lavash, you can use a heartier wheat wrap — it works well for snacks like this. 5. Wrap the roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1–2 hours. 6. Before serving, unwrap it and slice the roll into pieces.
