1) Dilute gelatin in warm milk and leave it to swell.
2) Put the peeled and chopped bananas in a container, add sour cream, powdered sugar, condensed milk, as well as swollen gelatin and mix everything well with a blender. If the gelatin has not completely dissolved in milk, then it is necessary to soak it in a steam bath, but do not let it boil or pass the finished sour cream mixture through a sieve to avoid lumps.
3) Pour the finished dessert into the creamers and send it to the refrigerator for at least two hours. When serving, sprinkle the dessert with grated chocolate. Bon appetit sweet tooth!!!!
