  • 1) Stir the gelatin into the warm milk and let it bloom. 2) Put the peeled, sliced bananas in a bowl, add the sour cream, powdered sugar, dulce de leche, and the bloomed gelatin, and blend everything well. If the gelatin hasn't fully dissolved in the milk, warm it gently over a water bath without letting it boil — or strain the finished sour cream mixture through a sieve to catch any lumps. 3) Spoon the dessert into serving glasses and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours. Sprinkle with grated chocolate just before serving. Enjoy, sweet tooths!
