Step 1:
Tear or coarsely chop the lettuce leaves and spread them over the bottom of a salad bowl.

Step 2:
Cut the bell peppers into thin strips and layer them on top.

Step 3:
Cut the pickles into strips and slice the onion into half-rings. Add them to the bowl along with the beans.

Step 4:
Cut the boiled beef into sticks and lay it over the pickles.

Step 5:
Stir the mayonnaise together with mustard to taste and pour it over the salad. You can toss it all together or leave it in layers.
