Shrimp dishes are always a winning and original solution. Shrimp is a valuable source of calcium and animal protein. They do not contain a lot of calories, so they may well be included in the diet of those who care about their figure.
Mushrooms for cooking can be bought at the nearest supermarket. They are available all year round. Alternatively, you can take champignons. They cook quickly and have a pleasant taste.
Broth is suitable for both meat and vegetable. Chicken broth will also be delicious. It can be prepared specifically for this dish, or use an existing one. Although, if desired, the broth can be completely replaced with water.
1. Pour the broth into a saucepan with a thick bottom, send it to the fire.
2. Meanwhile, prepare the mushrooms: peel, wash, cut into pieces.
3. Shrimps are also cleaned: we remove the heads and legs, we clean them from the shells.
4. Green onions and coriander are washed, cut with a knife.
5. Put the mushrooms in the boiling broth, cook for 5 minutes. Then add the shrimp and green onions, salt.
6. Keep on fire for two minutes until the shrimp turn pink. Remove the pan from the heat.
7. We put Chinese instant noodles in a bowl, pour boiling water. Cover the bowl with a lid, leave for 2 minutes.
8. Pour the broth with mushrooms and shrimp into bowls. Add noodles to each bowl of noodles, sprinkle with chopped coriander.
Serve immediately. It's delicious to complement the dish with tomato sauce, but this is optional.
