Broccoli complements the taste of the dish favorably. It turns out very tasty! If desired, you can take other vegetables, for example asparagus. Noodles will also go well with mushrooms and spinach. Here you need to be guided by your taste.
1. Broccoli is washed under running water. Then we divide them into small inflorescences, so that it is convenient to eat them.
2. Grate parmesan cheese on a fine grater, set aside.
3. Peel the garlic from the husk, pass it through the press. It will give the dish a subtle flavor.
4. Pour milk into a saucepan of a suitable size, send it to a small fire.
5. When the milk boils, put garlic in it, add a pinch of ground nutmeg and a little ground black pepper, salt to taste.
6. And now we put noodles and prepared broccoli in fragrant milk, cook for 3 minutes. Stir.
7. Spread the grated parmesan already to the finished dish, mix. The cheese will melt.
8. And now we put noodles with broccoli in a bowl, additionally sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan.
