Cooking method
1. We put the linden flowers in a saucepan (preferably the pan is enameled), pour warm boiled water.
2. We leave it to infuse for half an hour, after which we drain the infusion into a separate saucepan, pour sugar, send it to the fire, bring it to a boil.
3. Pour lime syrup inflorescences, leave for 6 hours.
4. After the specified time, put the pan on a small fire, cook until the syrup thickens, stir with a wooden spoon in the process.
5. At the end, filter the honey through a sieve and pour it into glass jars.
