In the process of preparing a salad with potatoes, you will need hot potatoes boiled in the peel (uniform) of small sizes. It must be cleaned and cut into circles with a thickness of 5-7 mm. It is necessary to cut the potatoes into deep dishes in layers, dividing it into 3 equal parts. After slicing the first part, add 1/3 of the volume of beans, 1/3 of the volume of finely chopped greens, a little sugar layer, salt, pepper, and sprinkle with table vinegar and pour a small amount of vegetable oil. Important! Do NOT MIX the salad during cooking!
Repeat this procedure two more times.
The salad will turn out warm, let it brew for at least 20 minutes to reveal the taste of greens, pepper and vinegar and the German potato salad absorbed all the flavors. After 20 minutes, mix the salad well and serve as a SALAD. The salad turns out to be hearty, fragrant and very fresh. Warm potato salad can be used as a side dish for meat, fish, poultry.
