Cooking method
1.Tomatoes are washed, radicchio is cut into strips, garlic is peeled, each clove is cut in half. We put the prepared ingredients in a baking dish, pour olive oil and balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. We send the form to the oven preheated to 190 degrees, bake for 30-35 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, boil the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package. We throw the finished pasta into a colander, let the liquid drain, then return it back to the pan, spread the baked vegetables, pour the juice released during the baking process, mix.
3. Grate the parmesan. Pour the pasta in portions, sprinkle with parmesan and finely chopped herbs, serve on the table.
