Cooking method
1. We sort out the berries and wash them, you can not remove them from the twigs.
2. We put the clean berries in a large saucepan, fill with water and put on fire. After boiling, cook for 1 hour.
3. Filter the liquid, rub the berries through a sieve, try to take maximum juice.
4. Put the resulting broth back on the fire, bring to a boil, then pour sugar and pour in almond extract.
5. Pour in vodka, remove from heat.
6. We pour the liquor into bottles.
In principle, it is already ready for use, but you can let it stand for at least a few days.
Store the liquor at room temperature.
