Pomegranate syrup sauce with cranberries

Cooking method

Cooking time: 40 min

1. Wash the cranberries, put them in a saucepan, add brown sugar, pomegranate syrup and a couple of thyme sprigs.

2. Carefully mix the ingredients, add half a portion of grant grains, send the pan to the fire.

3. When the mass boils, turn down the heat and continue to cook for 5-7 minutes with frequent stirring.

4. Turn off the fire, carefully remove the thyme sprigs, add lemon juice and the remaining pomegranate seeds, mix.

Serve on the table, garnished with fresh thyme leaves if desired.
