    1. Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half, and drizzle with olive oil. Peel the garlic, press it, and add it to the tomatoes along with salt and pepper, then toss gently. Arrange the tomatoes cut side down on a baking sheet and roast in an oven preheated to 350°F (180°C) for about 20–25 minutes. 2. Pour water into a saucepan, bring it to a boil, add the frozen beans, and cook for 3–5 minutes. Add the farro and cook for another 10–12 minutes, then drain. 3. In a large bowl, combine the farro and beans with the tomatoes, drizzle with vinegar, and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the toasted walnuts. Spoon into bowls and serve. Enjoy!
