Farro with tomatoes and beans

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 30 min

1.Wash tomatoes, cut into halves, sprinkle with olive oil, peel garlic, pass through a press, add to tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, mix gently. Place the tomatoes on a baking sheet cut down, bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes. 

2. Pour the water into a saucepan, send it to the fire, bring it to a boil, spread the frozen beans and cook for 3-5 minutes, then add the farro and cook for 10-12 minutes, then drain the water.

3. In a large bowl, combine farro and beans with tomatoes, pour vinegar, salt and pepper, add fried walnuts. 

We pour the dish into portions and serve it on the table.
