    1. Wash the crayfish thoroughly under running water. 2. Peel the potatoes, carrots, and onion, and dice all the vegetables. 3. Put the crayfish and prepared vegetables in a pot, cover right away with boiling water, and set over the heat. Add salt and the bay leaf. 4. Cook the soup for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, core and seed the bell pepper, wash it, and dice it. Add the pepper to the soup and cook for another 5 minutes. That's it — the fragrant soup is ready! Ladle into bowls and garnish with fresh herbs, if you like. Enjoy!
