Cranberry syrup sauce

1.Wash the cranberries, put them in a saucepan, add a little water (100 ml), send them to the fire, bring to a boil.

2. Then add applesauce and orange zest, cook under a closed lid until the cranberries are soft, the berries should eventually boil. 

3.  During cooking, we often stir the sauce to avoid burning, as it is quite thick. At the end, add vanilla to taste, if desired, dilute the sauce with boiled water to the desired consistency.

We serve it cold on the table.
