Cooking method
I wash the nuts under cold water and put them on a towel to dry. We do not mix the nuts, as we will grind them in turn. First, put the cashews in the blender bowl, grind them for 1 minute. And then we spread the almonds and turn on the chopper again for 1 minute. We put the mass in a bowl.
Banana pulp, and it should be ripe and sweet, cut into several pieces and also put in a blender bowl. Grind to a homogeneous consistency, then spread the banana puree to the nut. Mix everything thoroughly with a tablespoon.
Next, pour the coconut chips, leaving the fourth part to sprinkle the sweets on top. We mix the mass again, but now with our hands soaked in water. The consistency of the candies should be suitable in order to make a ball. If the "dough" is too thin, then you need to add a little more chopped nuts or coconut chips.
We form candies of the desired size. If desired, by the way, you can put some kind of filling inside each one - a whole nut, a piece of dried fruit, a dried berry. The formed candies are rolled in coke chips and spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Put the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 1-1.5 hours.
When this time has passed, we take the sweets out of the refrigerator and you can serve them to the table. They are good together with coffee or fragrant tea, as well as any other drinks. Both adults and kids will surely love them. The last candy may not seem very sweet, especially if the banana was not very sweet. In this case, you can add a little natural sweetener, such as honey or maple syrup.
You need to store such candies in the refrigerator for a couple of days. As a rule, they end much faster!
Good health!
