Cooking method
1. Chicken legs and shin are washed, cleaned. We cut off the claws of chicken legs. We put it in a large saucepan, pour cold water and put it on the stove. As soon as the foam begins to form, we remove it with a slotted spoon.
2. Vegetables are washed and cleaned, after which we put them entirely in the broth. Cook for about five hours. After that, we take out the shin and paws, filter the broth, salt to taste, add chopped garlic.
3. We sort out the meat, put the peeled and sliced pieces into a jelly mold and pour the broth. Beautifully decorated with herbs, chopped carrots or boiled egg.
4. Cool and put away until solidified in the refrigerator. Bon appetit!
