Cooking method
1. Tomatoes are sorted, it is desirable that there are tomatoes of the same variety and approximately the same size in one jar, then they are better marinated. We wash tomatoes and fresh sprigs of carrot tops.
2. Cans and lids are washed and sterilized. We lay out tomatoes in ready-made containers, try to beautifully lay out sprigs of carrot tops, bay leaf and peeled garlic cloves.
3. Pour boiling water over the jars, cover with lids and leave for a while. After 15 minutes, drain the liquid into a saucepan. Add salt and sugar to a liter of water, as indicated in the recipe, pour vinegar.
4. As the marinade boils a little, pour it over the tomatoes again and immediately cover with lids and twist. We turn the cans over and cool them under the blanket.
