  1. Step 1:

    Wash the apples, let the water drain, then peel them and the cores are cut into 4 parts, then cut into pieces. Pour water on the bottom of the dishes in which you will cook (it is advisable to take a saucepan with a thick bottom so that the puree does not burn), put the apples, cover with a lid and cook over low heat until the apples become very soft (about 30 minutes).

    Then turn off the heat and apples thoroughly mash in mashed potatoes, you can use an immersion blender, or just mash with a pusher.

    Pour in condensed milk, stir, bring to a boil and cook stirring occasionally for 5 minutes (make sure that the puree does not burn!).
