Tom Yum with Tomatoes

A rich, tasty soup from Thai cuisine! The classic base is cream and shrimp, and the rest of the ingredients go in to taste. For the shrimp, jumbo are best. Lightly spicy with a delicate creamy flavor, it'll win over even a gourmet!

    1. Pour the broth into a pot and bring it to a boil, then start adding all the ingredients one at a time. 2. Slice the mushrooms and add them to the pot. 3. Finely chop the onion and the tomatoes, and add them right after the mushrooms. 4. After about 10 minutes, add the peeled shrimp and the chili. Salt to taste and squeeze in some lemon or lime juice. Cook the soup for another 10 minutes. 5. Pour in the cream, bring to a boil, and turn off the heat. Sprinkle with herbs and serve.
