    1. Wash and boil the chicken fillet. 2. Peel the shrimp — the classic recipe uses shell-on shrimp, but we're more used to peeled ones. 3. Add the sliced mushrooms to the broth and boil for 5 minutes. Then add the chicken fillet and shrimp. 4. Once it comes to a boil, stir in all the remaining seasonings and pour in the coconut milk. Add salt to the broth and taste. Add chili to your liking. Ladle our exotic soup into bowls and serve!
