Tom Yum with Seafood

A wonderful, fragrant Thai seafood soup! Light yet surprisingly filling and very good for you. I tried this soup at a Thai restaurant and absolutely loved it. I decided to make it at home, and this recipe turned out not one bit worse. Give it a try — it's incredibly delicious!

    1. Add the following to the hot, pre-made broth: peeled jumbo shrimp, and the squid bodies with the membrane removed. Cut the crab meat and squid into cubes (no squid? swap in imitation crab sticks). 2. Add the chili and squeeze in the lime juice. Salt to taste. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes. At the end, pour in the coconut milk. Our Thai soup is ready! Before serving, sprinkle the soup with any herbs you like. Enjoy!
