Cooking method
1. Take juicy, sweet apples. I wash them and cut them into pieces, we do not peel them. We put it in a saucepan and fill it with water. As soon as it boils, pour out the sugar and add honey. Simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Cover with a lid and leave to infuse for 2 hours.
3. Filter through a sieve and bring to a boil again.
4. Pour the juice with honey into sterilized jars and roll up.
