    1. Use juicy, sweet apples. Wash them and cut them into pieces, leaving the peel on. Put them in a saucepan and cover with water. Once it comes to a boil, add the sugar and honey. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. 2. Cover with a lid and let steep for 2 hours. 3. Strain through a sieve and bring back to a boil. 4. Pour the honey juice into sterilized jars and seal.
