Cooking method
1. To make the peas boil better, soak it overnight.
2. We put it on the fire, as soon as the foam begins to boil, it needs to be removed with a slotted spoon. Reduce the fire and cook for about an hour.
3. Fry in vegetable oil, you can use olive oil, smoked meat and onions.
4. With a blender, whisk the porridge into puree, (or use a pusher) and season with spices and salt.
5. Add smoked meat and onions to the puree.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve to the table!
