Carefully scrape the knuckle and wash it, put it in a saucepan. The meat is also mine, we send it to the knuckle. Fill the contents with water, salt, add one clove of garlic and boil until the meat begins to move away from the bone.

We put the meat and the knuckle in a bowl, cut into small pieces.

Pour a little broth (about 100 ml) into a bowl, pepper, squeeze a clove of garlic through a press, mix. The resulting spicy mixture is filtered through a strainer and poured into a bowl with meat.

Pour gelatin after the broth, mix.

We line the form with plastic wrap or a cellophane bag and put the meat in it, carefully tamping. We send the brawn to the refrigerator for the whole night.

That's what a beautiful and delicious dish is obtained from pork knuckle!
