Cooking method
1. Prepare the plums: sort them out, choose beautiful, hard fruits, remove the spoiled and soft ones.
2. Grapes should also be examined - remove the damaged berries.
3. Thoroughly wash the plums and grapes under running water and put them in clean, prepared jars.
4. Fill the jars with boiling water to the top, cover with clean tin lids and leave for 15 minutes.
5. After the specified time, drain the water into a large saucepan, pour in the sugar and mix.
6. Put the pan on the fire, bring the compote to a boil and boil for 2-3 minutes.
7. Fill the jars with compote, roll up the lids and wrap up with a warm blanket.
8. After cooling completely, transfer the compote to the cellar.
