Cooking method
1. Onions, carrots and ginger need to be washed and cleaned.
2. Fry onions, carrots and ginger in hot oil. Transfer to a saucepan and boil for 20 minutes. Filter through a sieve.
3. We put the purified seafood and spices in the broth. Cook until tender and add salt to the broth.
4. Boil rice noodles as stated in the instructions and rinse with cold water.
5. We put noodles in hot plates and pour broth with seafood.
6. Decorate with green onions, lemon, coriander.
