Pho Soup with Shrimp

    1. Wash the vegetables well, peel them, and cut them into pieces. 2. Peel the shells off the shrimp. 3. Heat a skillet and add some oil, then sauté the vegetables. 4. Pour the water into a pot and add the sautéed vegetables. Simmer over low heat for 2 hours. Salt to taste. 5. Cook the noodles and rinse them well under cold water. 6. Strain the broth through a sieve and stir in the soy sauce. 7. Cook the peeled shrimp in the broth. 8. Divide the noodles among bowls and ladle in the shrimp broth. 9. Chop the herbs, chili, and lemon, and use them to garnish the dish.
