Canned pollock salad

An exclusive dish for your festive table! I made this salad for a romantic evening by candlelight - it looks very beautiful, exquisite and, of course, it is very tasty. Well, the last festive table also could not do without this salad - everyone liked it!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 30 min

1. We choose beautiful cream cups, you can take small bowls.

2. Boil potatoes and eggs, cool, peel.

3. The bottom and sides of the cremans are lined with green lettuce leaves.

4. Put the fish on a dish, pre-drain the oil, and knead with a fork. Then we spread it out in prepared containers, smearing it thinly with mayonnaise.

5. Boiled potatoes three on a grater, salt, pepper and spread on top of pollock and also lubricate with mayonnaise.

6. Tomatoes are rinsed, dried, cut into small cubes, spread out in a separate layer. Lightly salt and pepper, lubricate with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated egg.

7. We also cover the egg with a layer of mayonnaise (I make it as thin as possible), sprinkle with grated cheese (rub directly into the creamer).

8. Decorate with tomato slices and green onion feathers.
