So, to cook the most delicious, just perfect, poached egg, follow exactly the points described below:

- pour water into a saucepan, send it to the fire, bring to a boil and remove from the stove;

- break the egg (ideally, the fresher, the better) into a cup so as not to damage the yolk;

- return the pan to a low heat (it is important that the water does not boil, otherwise the egg will break into flakes);

- lower the cup lower over the water and quickly tip the egg into the water;

- boil the egg for three minutes, then remove with a slotted spoon.

The perfect sandwich is a poached egg on black bread toast! :)
