Stolichny salad with beef

Cooking method

1. Boil the beef until fully cooked.
2. Boil potatoes, carrots, eggs.
3. Peel the vegetables and eggs, cut everything into small cubes.
4. Let the beef cool and also cut into cubes (proportionally with other ingredients).
5. Cut the pickles into cubes.
6. Chop the onion as small as possible.
7. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, season with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
8. Refrigerate for an hour in the refrigerator.
