Cooking method
Cut carrots, onions and celery into large cubes.
In a deep cauldron, heat the vegetable oil and fry the lamb on it, pre-cutting it into pieces. After 5 minutes, add the onion, fry a little and add carrots with celery.
We introduce tomato paste and water - so that the liquid covers the contents of the cauldron. After boiling, cook its contents on low heat for half an hour.
Cut the potatoes into large pieces and send them to the cauldron. Cook until the potatoes are ready. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add the bay leaf and pepper, do not forget to add salt.
Serve on the table, garnished with fresh herbs.
