Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Clean chicken liver, rinse
Step 2:
Pour milk and leave for 30 minutes - an hour. The cooking time is indicated without taking into account the soaking of the liver
Step 3:
Peel carrots and onions, wash and slice, carrot into strips, onion in half rings
Step 4:
Preparing a roast: fry the onion on a mixture of butter and vegetable oil, then add carrots to it and fry a little more. We put water to boil. You can use chicken broth
Step 5:
Peel potatoes, wash, cut into strips. It is not necessary to put potatoes in noodle soup, but my husband believes that without potatoes it is not soup. Put the potatoes in boiling water. Bring to a boil
Step 6:
Add the roast and noodles, I have ready, but you can make your own.
Step 7:
Remove the liver from the milk and rinse
Step 8:
Since my noodles are cooked for 12 minutes, I put the liver in the soup 5 minutes before the noodles are ready. Salt, pepper, put bay leaf

Cook for 5 minutes and add the greens. I have dill, parsley, lovage, green onion. Let it boil and turn it off. The soup is ready! Bon appetit!
