Cooking method

Cooking time: 45 min

Put the blueberries in a saucepan, cover with water. All unnecessary dry tails will float to the surface. Drain the water and repeat this process a couple more times until the berries are clean.

Crush the washed berries a little so that they let the juice out and cook for 1 minute from the moment of boiling. Chop the blueberries in a blender and send the resulting mass into a saucepan.

Gelfix mix with 2 tablespoons of sugar and pour into a saucepan with blueberries. Bring the mass to a boil over medium heat, add the remaining sugar and cook for about 4-5 more minutes. During cooking, do not forget to mix the jam and remove the resulting foam.

Pour the finished blueberry delicacy into sterile jars and, rolled up, turn upside down until completely cooled. Do not forget that the jars should be covered with a blanket or towel.

After a day, the jam can be put in the pantry for storage.

Eat healthy at any time of the year!
