Summer salad with pumpkin oil

Boil pasta (from durum wheat), rinse under cold water.
Vegetables are washed and coarsely chopped. The salad will look bright, beautiful and appetizing!
Mix in a deep bowl all the ingredients (except pasta), salt, pepper, add finely chopped garlic, olives and fresh green peas.
Add cooled pasta, finely chopped greens to the vegetable extravaganza (I usually use parsley and dill), sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and season with pumpkin oil.
Eat a salad, enjoy the summer!
