Summer salad with pumpkin oil

Bright summer salad will not leave anyone indifferent! . I love this salad for its high content of vegetables and their unusual combination with pasta. Light and delicious, it always helps out when you don't want to stand at the stove for a long time.

Boil pasta (from durum wheat), rinse under cold water.

Vegetables are washed and coarsely chopped. The salad will look bright, beautiful and appetizing!

Mix in a deep bowl all the ingredients (except pasta), salt, pepper, add finely chopped garlic, olives and fresh green peas.

Add cooled pasta, finely chopped greens to the vegetable extravaganza (I usually use parsley and dill), sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and season with pumpkin oil.
