Cherry Jam from Frozen Cherries
A delicious jam for the people you love most — the sweet taste of childhood! This is my favorite cherry jam; I adore its sweet-tart flavor. Today I'll show you how to make it not from fresh cherries but from frozen ones (store-bought or from your own freezer). The upside is that you can make just a small batch — and it's a handy recipe for anyone who doesn't have room to store lots of jars.

- Rinse the frozen cherries and cover them with the sugar — there's no need to thaw them first. 2. Let them sit until they release their juice (about an hour). 3. Cook over low heat. After 15 minutes, drain off the excess syrup and cook for another 15–20 minutes, stirring constantly. If you like a thicker jam, cook it a little longer. Once cooled, the jam is ready to serve with tea right away. Enjoy!
