Step 1:
In boiling salted water, boil soy meat, throw it into a colander and squeeze it out slightly.
Step 2:
Finely chopped onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 3:
Add soy meat to the onion, fry for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 4:
Finely chop the bell pepper.
Step 5:
Chop soy meat and onion with a blender, add finely chopped bell pepper, some herbs, soda, spices. Mix everything, put it in the refrigerator for an hour. Next, we form steaks from the resulting mass and put them in a baking dish, pre-greased with vegetable oil.
Step 6:
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
Step 7:
When serving, you can decorate with herbs.
I recommend you to try the recipe for steak from soy meat. In appearance, it is indistinguishable from an ordinary meat steak, but the taste did not leave the whole family indifferent, which treated soy meat “so-so"!
