- I really recommend trying these soy "steak" patties. They look just like ordinary meat patties, but the flavor won over my whole family — even the ones who were only so-so on soy meat! You'll also be surprised by the pleasant feeling of being light and full at the same time, since soy meat is anything but heavy. A great option for anyone observing a religious fast, or simply looking to lighten up and add variety to their meals.
