Chickpea hummus

Cooking method

Cooking time: 5 h 10 min

1. Wash the chickpeas and soak them in warm water for 4 hours.
2. Cook the chickpeas for 40 minutes after boiling (until it becomes soft) under the lid.
3. Chop half of the sesame seeds.
4. Add chopped sesame seeds, garlic, salt, lemon juice and spices to the finished chickpeas.
5. Whisk with a blender. If the puree turned out to be dry, add a little water in which the chickpeas were cooked.
6. Pour olive oil over the finished hummus and sprinkle with the remaining sesame seeds, paprika.
