Cooking method
1. Rinse the lemongrass and divide it in half. Half to serve. Rinse the asparagus, remove the hard ends.
2. Boil the asparagus and half the lemongrass in boiling salted water with lemon juice (about 12 minutes).
3. Remove the asparagus from the broth. Cut off the tips and leave them in the warm broth for further decoration.
4. Measure 200 ml of broth and boil the remaining asparagus with lemongrass for a few more minutes.
5. Mash them into puree, add coconut milk, chopped chili, salt. Leave some chili to serve.
6. Serve the soup, garnished with asparagus tips and lemongrass, sprinkled with chili and favorite spices.
