Pour some of the milk into a saucepan, sift the flour here and use a whisk to knead the mass thoroughly. Spread the melted butter, top up the rest of the milk and once again knead everything thoroughly.
We send it to the fire. When the mixture starts to boil, turn down the heat, add sugar and cook for 5 minutes. A minute before the end of cooking, add the pre-soaked gelatin, stir well.
Leave to cool slightly at room temperature, add the peanut halves. We knead and put it in a form sprinkled with coconut chips.
We send it to the refrigerator. After 4-5 hours, we take out the delicacy and cut into cubes.
Turkish delight has a very beautiful and presentable look, so you can safely decorate any festive table with it.
