Cooking method
1. Steam broccoli until soft and set aside.
2. In a saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and chopped carrots. Cook until the onion is transparent.
3. Sprinkle with flour and mix so that the vegetables are covered with flour.
4. Slowly pour in the vegetable broth, stirring constantly. Add cream and mix.
5. As soon as the soup boils, start adding grated cheese.
6. Stir slowly until the cheese melts.
7. Add crushed garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
8. Add broccoli, stirring. Lower the temperature to a minimum and cook under the lid for about 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally with a saucepan.
The soup is ready! Enjoy your meal.
PS: You can still make croutons for serving.
To do this:
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Cut the bread into 1 cm cubes and place them in a bowl. Sprinkle a little olive oil. Add salt and grated cheese. Mix well. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden.
