Cooking method
To make delicious coffee on the electric stove, turn it on at full power.
Pour cold water into the turk, put sugar and coffee.
The stove has warmed up - now turn it off and put it on the heated surface of the turk.
Wait about 10 minutes until the coffee "cap" rises.
Remove the turk from the stove, tap it lightly on a hard surface so that the foam drops.
Repeat the process with raising the foam two more times.
Then tip the foam into a cup, and let the coffee stand for a minute so that most of the grounds are at the bottom.
Carefully fill the cup with the drink.
