How to fry the lines in a frying pan

Don't know how to fry the lines? This recipe will tell you what to do! Be sure to be safe if you decide to try this delicious, but ambiguous in terms of reputation mushroom. Since it is considered conditionally edible and even poisonous in its raw form. To do this, I boil it several times, each time draining the water and washing the mushrooms. But what a taste the mushroom has, not to mention the fact that it is the very first spring. A great recipe for cooking mushrooms in nature.

As a rule, there is always a lot of sand in the lines, and there may also be insects, for example, slugs, which are not so easy to detect due to the structure of the fungus. Therefore, the lines after washing need to be soaked for at least an hour.

After soaking, we wash the mushrooms well again, cut them into medium-sized pieces, fill them with clean water and put them to boil. Bring the liquid with mushrooms to a boil and drain the water, washing the lines. Repeat the same steps again. After that, we put the mushrooms to boil for the third time and cook them for half an hour. Drain the broth again, rinse the mushrooms and squeeze.

Only now it is possible to proceed to frying. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, spread the prepared mushrooms, fry for 10 minutes. Finely chop the garlic and add it to the mushrooms, salt, mix, fry for a few more minutes (until garlic flavor).

Fried lines are served with boiled potatoes or other side dish.

Bon appetit!
