Cooking method
1. Rinse the tongue.
2. Pour 1.5 liters of water into the pressure cooker, add salt, pepper and bay leaf. Lay out the language. Cook for 40 minutes. Peel the finished tongue and cut into slices.
3. Grate cheese on a coarse grater and mix with breadcrumbs.
4. Melt the butter.
