Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make arugula salad with cherry tomatoes and cheese? Prepare all the necessary ingredients according to the list. Use young arugula for salad (i.e. small leaves), it has a milder taste than mature leaves. Flip it into a colander and hold it under running cold water. Next, put the leaves on paper napkins, blot on top, so you get rid of excess liquid, which is not needed in the salad. Send the arugula to the salad bowl.
Step 2:
Peel and rinse the onion. For vegetable salads, I prefer to use red onion, shallot or white. These varieties of onions have a milder taste and go well with fresh vegetables. Cut the onion into thin feathers. Wash cherry tomatoes, dry and cut into halves. Send the onions and tomatoes to the arugula.
Step 3:
Next comes the pickle cheese queue. Cut it into small cubes, or mash it into small pieces with your hands. Send it to the salad.
Step 4:
Sprinkle with red ground non-spicy paprika, allspice and salt if necessary. Keep in mind that the brine cheese is salty, so you may not need salt. I didn't finish the salad. Pour a small amount of vegetable or olive oil on top.
Step 5:
Decorate the salad with fresh herbs. Dill, parsley or green onions are well suited.
Step 6:
Before serving, the salad can be put in the refrigerator to cool for a while. Then mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Step 7:
Done! Serve to the table!

Since the degree of salinity, sweetness, bitterness, sharpness, acid, burning is individual for everyone, always add spices, spices and seasonings, focusing on your taste! If you put some of the seasonings for the first time, then keep in mind that there are spices that it is especially important not to shift (for example, chili pepper).
